This place is BEAUTIFUL. best view in the whole complex! The no AC thing was rough, but we knew what we were getting into when we booked. Super quick responses, easy instructions for check in, came with plenty of linens, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Walkable to a beach front restaurant and bar, market, and shopping center. Short drive to major supermarket (Safeway) and was overall a very location! Would definitely stay here again if we come back!

We had a lovely New Year staying at this location. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedding and towels good quality. Superb corner location on property. Lots of water toys in the closet for the beach or pool. We will come again! Thank you.

Lae Nani Condo #331 is a pleasure from the moment you open the door to when you say your goodbye while looking at the sun set over the ocean. The condo is well appointed and maintained. There are stunning views from every room. Beach gear and pool towels are readily available and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The BBQ grills are spotless and the pool has gorgeous tile. We have stayed here twice and intend to make this condo our annual winter vacation spot.

Highly recommend this property. Definitely the nicest property we've stayed at in Hawai'i and this is our fourth trip to the islands. We've stayed in Kauai 3 times and this was the nicest place.
Very well outfitted, the view is spectacular, and the king bed was super comfy.

Roy and Lina (I only spoke and emailed with Roy) were so accomadating
and helpful. They clearly have been managing properties for a very long time and their website is set up well for questions and answers, as well as all other details.
Even with this, I did have a few questions, and they answered any of our questions quickly and easily through email and phone.
We did not have any issues, but we know we could have
contacted them at anytime and we would have been promptly helped.

We rented condo #331 and I highly recommend this two bedroom two bathroom!
The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans.
The unit is very clean and well-maintained. The view from the main lanai is
wonderful. They have the high bar stools so you can see above the railing.
Boogie Boards, balls, pails with shovels are all in the closet. We even found
some leftover sunscreen which came in handy as we ran out on our last day!
We stayed in March and we did not feel that we needed air conditioning. We kept the blinds closed during the day when we were out, lights off, and left the fans on at night which seemed to be enough!

This location was excellent for our family. Located in the middle of the island so day trips to the North or South beaches were easy. This unit is on the 3rd floor (corner unit) so we had EXCELLENT views of the beach, mountains, and pool. The condo was extremely clean. The owners actually provided a small binder on their favorite restaurants, suggestions on day trips (how to get there, where to stop first, etc.). That binder was a blessing. Kauai was just beautiful. We highly recommend the Smith Luau, the tubing trip and best of all the Outfitter's Safari Zipline tour. Best time ever on this island and at this particular condo.

This condo far exceeded our expectations! We were in awe when we walked in and saw how beautiful the decor is and the view was incredible! The owners have provided every single thing that you might need from bamboo mats for the beach to travel books to kitchen utensils for every need! Lulled to sleep every night to the sound of the surf and awoke every morning to see the sunrise! We were in a tropical paradise with the outstanding landscaping of Lae Nani. Passion Bakery is only steps away with their delicious macadamia nut sticky buns! But get there early before they're gone! We hope to return--SOON!
