This  remodeled (April 2016) Lae nani condo is just right for your Kauai vacation. The owners just remodeled the kitchen, baths, put new wood flooring in the condo and replaced the living area furniture.
We are on the second floor overlooking the Wailua Bay and then the Pacific Ocean. You can view whales in the winter months from the lanai.
 
You can walk to several great places to eat or get snacks and The Coconut Marketplace has been renovated also. There is a large ABC store, more restaurants and shops there.
Our guests ALL remark on the beauty of our grounds and love the large pool near the ocean.
We have the tradewind breezes for cooling, no a/c.
