Only a few steps to our swimming beach. Almost 180 degree view of Wailua Bay and our beautiful beach from the dining/living area. You can prepare meals while looking out at the surf!
This fantastic location affords you the closest to our beautiful beach and even a front master bedroom with it's own lanai. Ground floor convenience means you need not lug your baggage up the stairs and also walk right out only the beach or to the pool without going around your building.
Our guests love the convenience of the ground floor spot and near the pool, the bbq area and parking. No stairs to climb.
Lae nani is spectacular with it's tropical plants and flowers and near (walk) to some great restaurants and the bike/walking path is just out the door.
Smith's Garden luau is only 5 minutes down the road and we are also close to the airport (without the noise) so you don't need to drive 30 minutes or more after your flight.
Washer and dryer in the condo.

The property is very well maintained. It's the closest to the beach. The condo is Kaye's out perfectly for families providing privacy and a separate bathroom for each bedroom. The grill, pool, parking, eating and shopping are all right there. We can't say enough great things about this condo. Roy is truly a gem. He is there to help and answers all questions immediately.

We are a retired couple who stayed at this condo with our family for two weeks Nov.. into Dec.The building, one of five, the grounds and the pool area are very well kept and maintained with lots of beautiful flowers, shrubs and Palm trees.The condo is spacious, neat and clean. The view is amazing! The location is close to a Safeway ,a Costco and between south and north Kauai. Terrific walking or biking trail near by that follows the shore going north. Great public park a short drive south with protected ocean swimming area picnic and walking trail. This condo is on the ground floor, so no stairs to climb.
